In quietness one is one with Goodness of Yin. In dynamics one follows the stream of Yang regardless of one’s fears, pains & suffering, reckless ego, urges & needs.
Separateness is the essence of Ignorance & Ignorance is the root cause of Suffering.
People who are compulsively active are not balanced & can easily become restless. People who are addicted 2 relaxation, rest & recreation are indifferent & can easily become numb.
If one has never suffered there can’t be any ‘real’ humility or ‘genuine’ compassion on the inside, only an ego on the outside.
Positive thinkers undermine &/or sabotage their efforts in achieving their goals exactly through their over-focus on their goals & desired future.
Confrontation with the negative, suffering & impermanence, enlightened Siddharta Gautama & made him The Buddha & not positive thinking &/or elimination of negativity !
