The breath,
the subtle link between
body & soul, being & non-being.

Kriyã-yoga
is ‘The science of breathlessness’,
which changes the breath into spirit.

Kriyã-yoga,
is the yoga of actionlessness
within desirelessness that leads
2 thoughtlessness within breathlessness
which connects with the causal
body, the Absolute or God,
the White Light, etc.

Kriyã-yoga,
is the highway 2 divinity
& thoughtlessness within breathlessness,
is the pinnacle of kriyã-yoga.

The release
from time & Self,
can only be gained through
breathlessness within thoughtlessness.

Kriyã-yoga
expands the mind,
enlarges cognitive perception,
while enhancing the spiritual powers
by sharpening both the senses
& the intuition.

Kriyã-yoga
unveils the secret
between life & death, mankind’s
one & only goal in life
&/or being.

Separation
of the body & soul
within a lucid mind !

Induced escape
from the body & leaving
one’s body, before actual death,
is that at all possible ?

Like the powers of thought are unlimited, experiences through kriyã-yoga are unlimited. Anything is achievable, realizable & attainable with kriyã-yoga, the yoga of work, the yoga of working with thoughts & mind, with in-between the breath, the subtle link between body & soul, being & non-being.

What is holding of the breath ?

The deep & quiet breathing of the autogenous training or basic breathing exercises, mixed with pauses in the breathing, which always have the same length when inhaling or exhaling. This stopping, not blocking of breath-intake, is also the method 2 open the 3rd-eye with closed eyelids, eyes turned 2 the location of the 3rd-eye & this is kriyã-yoga at its best.

Kriyã-yoga,
changes the breath into spirit.

Kriyã-yoga, isn’t just a system of postures or breathing techniques, but an entire discipline that leads 2 unification of the Self with the Unity or the Divine. The breathing technique & the type of thinking in itself &/or skillfulness in focus of mind, determines whether contact & experience of higher states of consciousness & of course the opening of the 3rd-eye, inner sensations, enhanced intuition & lucidity, sharpening of the five senses, perception through the senses over the intellect, etc., are experienced, realized & acquired. From actionlessness within breathcontrol towards focused thinking one plunges into thoughtlessness & breathlessness. The breath changes into spirit & the spirit is a thought, just moving 2 wherever & the separation of the spirit & the body is just ‘one’ thought away.

What is thought-focus ?

Going from actionlessness within breath- & thought-control, one focusses the mind on ‘one’ thing (breath, an object, the bright-white-light, etc.) only. When breathing-in, imagine like a beaming light wave & when breathing-out, let it enter your mind (approximately at the forehead) sweeping it downwards over your body. With open eyelids that now are shut one searches 4 a rhythm between the breathing & the sweeping. Visualizations are important though as important are emotions, emotions mingling with the concentrated thought. A conscious withdrawal of the senses in concentration of thought going over into a unity of thought & emotion is rhythm. Intruding & distracting thoughts must be abandoned right-away. From actionlessness within breathcontrol towards focused thinking one plunges into thoughtlessness.

What is mind-focus ?

Going from actionlessness within breath- & thought-control, one focusses the mind on a goal & let’s go of everything but the breath-control, as 2 receive thoughts, ideas & problem-solutions one couldn’t have thought of, if it wasn’t 4 the withdrawal of the thoughts & senses.

What is spreading breath ?

Coming over from deep-breathing or abdominal breathing one spreads the breath over the body. Breathing-in while pointing our spirit &/or thought(s) & breathing-out, while sweeping our spirit &/or thought(s) downwards with the body, towards the bottom of our being. The ‘body-scan-method’ (see archives) of the 8th steps Patãnjali yoga sutras, should be incorporated at this point & all of that can be done with the eyes either open or closed.

What is breath control ?

It’s converting the breath into mind – a dream-breath – the breath as an act of mind. The first step is 2 relax & unwind. Sit still or lie down & do remain wide-awake ! It’s actionlessness at its most ! It’s deep relaxation while doing nothing but mind-games. Do nothing but breathe & focus on nothing but the breathing. It’s basic breathing exercises, though with the mouth closed at all times & with the exhalations longer than the inhalations of breath & all of that can be done with the eyes open or closed. Be like the earth, heavy & yin. Be still, lay or sit still’ (psalms 46.10) & ‘Play dead daily’ (Corinthians 15.31). Incoming thoughts must be acknowledged & then immediately aborted & disregarded. Remain focused only on your breathing !

Birth
is inevitably
succeeded by
rebirth.

Birth & rebirth
are 4 ever. If only death
could
be 4 ever 4 death isn’t
the end
of being & consciousness,
it’s only the end
of physical suffering
& the end of freedom-
restrictors like time,
gravity, matter,
form & body, etc.

Death
is a wisdom-supplier
& an opportunity 2 end samsara
& cleanse karma 4 death creates an
opening 2 the Light, which enhances
the possibility of joining the Light.

Death
is a chance
2
direct one’s consciousness
on 2 the white-Light & by focusing one’s
thoughts, in meditation, on nothing else but
the causal, eternal, radiant, bright-white-Light
of Consciousness, prãna &/or electromagnetism
from within the One, one conditions one’s Self
in cleaving 2 what’s eternal & immortal
& one becomes immortal.

Renunciation
is about not taking pleasure
in anything beyond the transcendental
happiness derived from desirelessness,
actionlessness & thoughtlessness
from within meditation
4
this is service 2 the One.

Reaching the One happens in 2 ways or processes. One is by Goodness, by Self-development bettering one’s Self & the other, is the direct method from which one automatically betters one’s Self & renunciates from the fruits of one’s actions & this is by meditation 4 by copying the One through desirelessness, actionlessness & thoughtlessness or real yoga or meditation, one aligns with one’s eternal undying Self, soul or consciousness & the One 4 they are the same & one naturally dis-attaches from anything connected with material physical being & eternal peace of mind is the reward.

Abandon
all varieties of religion
& just surrender unto Me,
the One.’
(Bhagavadgita 18.66)
