What is mind-focus ?

Going from actionlessness within breath- & thought-control, one focusses the mind on a goal & let’s go of everything but the breath-control, as 2 receive thoughts, ideas & problem-solutions one couldn’t have thought of, if it wasn’t 4 the withdrawal of the thoughts & senses.
