& disturbed by your death
& your own thinking !

by controlling the compulsiveness
& randomness of your uncontrolled
thinking now !

Meditate on death,
by focusing your mind
& thinking by ‘real’ yoga
&/or meditation.

Meditate on death
4 it’s the liberator of
illusions & ignorance.

4 death is not the opposite
of ‘life’, it’s the beginning
of a new ‘life’ !

Meditate on death
& end samsara & achieve
a state free of suffering, illness,
mortality, decay & fear !
