Wu Wei
or the Taoist philosophy
of non-doing & non-action
or actionlessness is paradoxically
about ‘action of non-action’.

Wu Wei is the Integral Way of the Tao of about being in accordance with the natural flow of the cosmos. It’s about a state of being in which one’s actions are in alignment with the forces of yin & yang between Heaven & Earth or All under Heaven.

Wu Wei
leaves nothing
undone while nothing
is done 4 in actionlessness,
nothing is not done !

Wu Wei driving on mindfulness, is the cultivation of doing nothing at random, in which without doing & without even trying, all gets done. Nature does not hurry, neither should we ! ‘Going with the flow’ is all it takes within full awake-ness & that’s just Wu Wei.
