As 2 be able 2 let go
of certain thoughts one has 2
recognize those certain thoughts. Only
then is one able 2 end disturbing thoughts
& thinking. When we notice ourselves thinking,
brooding & dwelling we should say ‘No’ ! Naming the
specific thought can also be helpful 2 let go of that thought.
Giving a name helps 2 diminish the ties of certain
thoughts, enabling us 2 get some rest from
certain thoughts & thinking.
