Don’t think about the pain, stress & fear 4 that’ll only accentuate &/or aggravate the pain, stress & fear & when you come aware of any thought, don’t dig-in & analyze 4 before you’ll know &/or realize, you’ll be brooding & worrying & troubling yourself & that would only be enlarging the pain, fear or distress.
