Distraction (part 1/3).

Experimental tests have shown that if one decides in advance not (!) 2 think of something specific, this image or thought kept popping-up in the mind. Even worse, the more one tries not (!) 2 think of something in general, the more that thought or image surfaced in one’s thinking. As such the chance 2 forget something or not (!) 2 think of something ain’t working with suppression &/or oppression of that specific thought !
