Trying not 2 think
about something when needed
&/or wanted is possible, when one distracts
one’s mind &/or when one focusses one’s thoughts
2 one singular thought 4 if one can switch
one’s thoughts, then one can also avoid,
almost (!) like even suppress
(certain) thoughts.
