one chooses.

is renunciation of habitual inattention
& unawareness within a distracted
mind into Self-control.

Renunciation, thought-control
&/or mind-control aren’t needed 4 relaxation
but are fundamental 4 fruitful, effective
& rewarding ‘real’ yoga & meditation.
