gives mindfulness, changing meditators
life’s by transforming habitual inattention into
habitual awareness, into living in the now,
this only moment in time.

Mindfulness
ends being preoccupied in thoughts
of before & after or of yesterday & tomorrow.
Mindfulness is total awareness.

Yoga &/or meditation is about
control of the mind & the body & mindfulness
or constant awareness of the external & the internal
feelings & thoughts, is a fruit of thoughtcontrol
from within yoga &/or meditation.

Mindfulness
isn’t exactly thoughtcontrol
4 it’s primordially a feeling, an emotion
originating from thoughtcontrol !
