Positive thinking
isn’t mindfulness & isn’t the opposite of
negative thinking 4 positive thinking isn’t
positivity or the opposite of negativity !

Positive thinking
is building on illusions that cannot but
turn-into disillusions while negative thinking is
plain & simple negativity out of loss of
meaning, lust 4 life & love.

Positive thinkers
should avoid elimination of negativity
& then they’ll experience more positivity.

Positive thinkers,
2 feel better, even 2 be truly happy,
must not avoid the negativity of the world
nor their own negative emotions & thoughts, but
live-out their emotions 4 willingness 2 experience
sadness & 2 live-out one’s emotions, speak of our feelings
& open-up, cannot but increase happiness.
Negativity
can be prevented through mindfulness !
