Disidentification from feelings
is the consequence from disassociation from
thought & that’s the consequence from willpower,
patience & focus of mind, that gave way 2 the temporal
separation of all mental connections & relations between
thoughts, feelings, ideas & bodily sensations & the ‘real’ I
within the ‘thoughtless-state’ through ‘real’ yoga
&/or meditation & that’s emotion-control
through thought-control.
