We are compulsive thinkers,
within a thought-produced world,
that’s kept in existence exactly through
compulsive thinking.
A vicious circle that can only
be broken by the opposite of compulsive thinking,
by mindfulness & the opposite of thoughts
in general, by thoughtlessness or
by ‘real’ yoga &/or meditation.
