What’s in your mind ?

Say, you are walking somewhere
2 anywhere. You see images, things & situations.
Your mind makes associations, taking your thoughts
away from the present 2 the past or 2 the future. You are
not busy with the walking, your body only is. You are been
taking away by your thoughts from the present 2 the past, in
trying 2 evaluate, judge &/or apprehend the present. You are
producing thoughts, make associations & neurons in
your mind, in trying 2 apprehend reality. You are
compulsively thinking 2 protect your Self
& deal with the present
presented reality.

Compulsive thinking
is our nature
& way of dealing
with a thought-produced Reality.
