we take ourselves 2 be, we
imagine we are those thoughts
& out from this misidentification
& misapprehension of Reality, another
false Self gets created. This from thought
created other I or ego, constantly fueled by
thought, is the destroyer of mindfulness, wisdom
& happiness & the creator of numerous dysfunctions
like compulsive thinking, cognitive dissonance, delusions,
irrationality, impaired concentration, attachment 2 the past
&/or inability 2 let go of anything & ultimately of
egocenteredness & chronic unhappiness.
