you must know what you are not
& then check your Self out in future events
if you’re really aren’t what you say you aren’t
& then hate your Self 4 being exactly what you thought
&/or hoped you weren’t (anymore) !
Hate, sadness & regret
are good 4 they’ll suppress what you’re not
or what you wished you weren’t (anymore) & it’s
coming about 4 acceptance is an integral part of
elimination of dysfunctional behaviour leading
towards better &/or ‘higher’ being.
Acceptance is acknowledgement
& that leads 2 change 4 the better !
